Delivery Policy

Everything Axis Marketing LLC sells is delivered digitally. Products arrive instantly by email; services are delivered by agreed milestones. Nothing is shipped.
1. Digital delivery only
All products and services from Axis Marketing LLC are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods, and no shipping fees apply.
2. Digital products
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are redirected to a secure access page.
- An email with your access link is sent to the address used at checkout within 5 minutes.
- Our own Eleva kits are delivered through a private member area at eleva-apps.netlify.app, our delivery portal. Each book has a button to read it online and another to download it.
- Printable guides and toolkits are delivered as PDF or digital files that you can download and print as many times as you need.
- Web apps open directly in the browser through the same access link. Nothing needs to be installed.
- Access links remain available for the lifetime of the product.
- The language of each product is stated on its product page before purchase.
3. If your access email does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at soporte@eleva-digital.org (Eleva kits), soporte@axismarketingllc.org or +1 (626) 470-7017 with the email used at checkout, and we will resend your access.
4. Services
Services are delivered according to the milestones and timeline set in the written proposal or agreement. Deliverables are shared by email, shared folders, platform access or video calls, as agreed with the Client. Each milestone is confirmed in writing when delivered.
5. Proof of delivery
We keep records of each delivery, such as access emails, download and access logs, and milestone confirmations, to verify that every order was fulfilled.
6. Guarantee
Every delivery is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, described in the Refund Policy.
