These terms govern the use of this website and every purchase of products or services from Axis Marketing LLC. All solutions include a 60-day money-back guarantee.
1. Who we are
Axis Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our") is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (EIN 61-2249630). We are a multidisciplinary marketing agency that also creates and sells its own digital products under the brand Eleva.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, purchasing a product or hiring a service from us, you ("Client" or "Customer") agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. If you buy on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
4. Digital products
Our own digital products, sold under the brand Eleva, are delivered in digital form only. The language of each product is stated before purchase. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal use or, for business licenses, for the internal use of your organization.
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload to public platforms, or use the materials to create competing products.
5. Services
Our agency services (performance marketing, creative production, funnels and e-commerce, market research, localization and digital product development) are provided according to a written proposal or service agreement that states the scope, deliverables, price and timeline. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement prevails for that project.
6. Prices and payment
Product prices are shown, in the applicable currency, before checkout. Catalog products are one-time purchases; you will not be charged again unless you make a new purchase. Service prices are fixed in the written proposal and invoice. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout or on the invoice.
Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment providers. We never store full card details. Charges appear on your card statement as AXIS MARKETING LLC.
7. Delivery
Digital products are delivered instantly by email access link, and services are delivered by milestones. Details are in our Delivery Policy.
8. 60-day money-back guarantee
Every product and service is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, as described in our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our catalog products, including text, designs, illustrations, software and trademarks, belongs to Axis Marketing LLC or its licensors. For services, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the Client once paid in full, unless the agreement states otherwise. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or our products, attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization, share access links with third parties, or use our solutions for any unlawful purpose.
11. Information only; no guaranteed results
Our products and services are educational and informational. Results depend on how each person or business applies them, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, income or performance. Content related to wellness, nutrition, fitness or pets is general information and is not medical, veterinary or professional advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
13. Third-party services
Payments, hosting, email delivery and some tools are provided by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its effective date, applies to purchases made from that date. Changes never affect orders already completed.
